Decking screws
TERRIX ANTIK decking screw is designed for the installation of wooden terraces and outdoor timber structures. The ANTIK surface finish creates a darker tone that visually blends with decking boards and does not appear distracting in visible fixings.
The screw is made of hardened stainless steel C2 (AISI 410) and is passivated and waxed, which increases corrosion resistance in outdoor environments and reduces driving resistance during installation. The waxed surface supports smooth driving and lowers stress on both the tool and the material.
The screw design includes a cylindrical head, a Type 17 cutting tip, a milling cutter above the thread and a partial thread, which ensures firm clamping of the decking board to the substructure. During installation, the screw seats cleanly into the wood surface without forming splinters around the head. It is suitable for soft and medium-hard woods, such as spruce, pine, larch, and other commonly used decking materials. Available diameters are 4.0 / 4.5 / 5.0 mm with lengths from 40 to 100 mm.
