QUADROFIX A2-70
Stainless steel screws for timber decking and cladding
QUADROFIX A2-70 screws are designed for fastening timber decking boards and wooden façade cladding to a timber substructure. They use the same screw geometry as QUADROFIX C2, in an A2 stainless steel, property class 70 version.
Design and installation
The countersunk head with milling ribs, drilling tip and shaft cutter support clean installation and chip removal. The TORX drive provides secure engagement with the driver bit. The wax coating makes driving the screws easier and smoother.
Available sizes
Available diameters are 4, 4.5 and 5 mm, with lengths ranging from 50 to 80 mm. Select the diameter and length to suit the board thickness, timber species and required fixing depth. Pre-drilling is recommended where needed, particularly near board ends and in harder timber.
Related products
For a ventilated construction, combine the screws with QUADRO H spacers. QUADRO TAPE helps protect the top of the timber substructure from moisture.
