QFX-ALU aluminum connectors
The aluminum angle bracket is used to create stable 90° connections between QFX-ALU profiles. Its shape is designed to sit directly in the outer grooves of the profiles, which makes alignment simple and keeps the joint firmly in place during installation. This helps speed up the assembly of aluminum substructures, especially when building decking frames or similar outdoor constructions.
The bracket is made from EN AW 6063 T66 aluminum, a material known for its good balance of strength and corrosion resistance. It holds its shape well over time and performs reliably even in outdoor environments where humidity and temperature changes are common. In typical use — with joists spaced around 45 cm apart and cross beams added roughly every 120 cm — the average consumption is about 5 brackets per square meter.
